Working with various departments at Turner - I helped to redesign and launch a streaming service originating in the US for the european market. Working with Turner OTT and Accenture, I designed and implemented CSS changes to the platform - and for launch, worked with the marketing and product teams to design from scratch and code a fully responsive marketing site (with support for multiple languages and cloud based CMS), style a helpdesk solution in Zendesk and create transactional and marketing emails in salesforce. Over the course of the (now closed) service, we maintained and upgraded the site and emails, including things like animated elements and more personalised content.
